Love Roots Therapy was founded on a promise to provide accessible, culturally responsive mental health services to individuals from all backgrounds. We believe everyone deserves compassionate, high quality therapy in a safe and supportive environment.
Our licensed therapists provide professional counseling for anxiety, depression, eating disorders, PTSD, postpartum depression, and major life transitions. We work with individuals who are experiencing chronic stress, trauma, mood challenges, relationship concerns, and personal growth obstacles. Each therapist brings specialized training while also supporting a broad range of mental health needs.
We are also expanding our services to include preventive mental health care for those who may feel stuck, unmotivated, or overwhelmed. You do not need to be in crisis to begin therapy. Seeking support is a proactive step toward building resilience, improving emotional well being, and creating meaningful change.
